- Verified EMS only, plus family in the family room. We confirm employment or enrollment before anyone is let in.
- What is said in the room stays in the room. No screenshots, no reposting.
- No patient details, ever. Talk about the call, not the patient.
- No department politics by name. Talk about the job, not the chief.
- Respect every agency: fire based, private, hospital based, county, and volunteer.
- If someone is in crisis, we step in. The room is not a substitute for 988 or the Fire and EMS Helpline.

Why We Built This
Because Nobody Talks About the Medic
Uniform Families Foundation was founded by the wife of an EMS Captain. She has watched paramedics work miracles for wages that would not cover the ambulance, and carry it all home without a place to put it down. This room is that place.
