Chasing the badge. Testing, academy prep, and advice from the ones who made it.
Somewhere an engine rolled past with lights on and something in your chest said, that. This is the space for the ones in the chase: the written exams, the physical tests, the oral boards, the years of persistence nobody warns you about. Twenty posts written for exactly this road, from the day you admit you want it to the day the call finally comes. You are already part of this community. Welcome.
