For Journalists and Storytellers

Media & Press

The story of the families behind the uniform, told with the dignity they've earned.

Why This Story Matters

Uniform Families Foundation is a first-of-its-kind 501(c)(3) serving the families behind every uniform under one umbrella: firefighters, paramedics, law enforcement, medical staff, and military, and through Uniform Kids, the children who serve alongside them.

Founded by Julie Holt, a former TV news reporter and fire family wife, UFF was built by someone who has lived both sides of the story: the newsroom telling it, and the home front living it.
