Retired Officers Forum
You turned in the badge. Twenty or thirty years of watching every room you walked into, and now nobody needs you to. A room for retired officers, deputies, and agents from every agency.
Off duty for good. Still one of us.
Who This Room Is For
For Officers Who Finished the Career
Retired and medically retired officers, deputies, agents, and corrections officers, from any agency.
The First Year Out
Who you are when the badge is in a drawer, from officers who have figured it out.
The Body and the Mind
Backs, knees, sleep, and the hypervigilance that does not retire when you do.
Still Serving
Mentoring, teaching, ministry, second careers, and the pull to help the next generation.
How the Room Works
Private. Verified. Yours.
The conversation lives in the Uniform Families Foundation community on Circle, not on Facebook and not on this page. Every member is verified by us before they are let in. Request below, we confirm who you are, and your invitation comes by email.
- Verified law enforcement only, plus family in the family room. We confirm employment before anyone is let in, and we never share it.
- First names only if you want it that way. No agency names required in the room.
- What is said in the room stays in the room. No screenshots, no reposting, ever.
- No case details, no suspect details, nothing that belongs in a report.
- Every agency is equal here: city, county, state, federal, corrections, campus.
- If someone is in crisis, we step in. The room is not a substitute for 988 or Copline.

Why We Built This
Because the Watch Ends and the Watching Does Not
Retirement from law enforcement is harder than anyone tells you. Uniform Families Foundation built this room so the officers who spent their lives protecting everyone else have somewhere to be protected.
Uniform Families Foundation communities are peer support and are not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. Membership requires verification. We never share member information.
