Who This Room Is For
For Medical Workers on the Floor Today
Nurses, CNAs, techs, aides, therapists, physicians, PAs, and hospital staff currently working, in any setting.
The Shift
Twelves, nights, short staffing, and the patient who stays with you. Talk about it with people who were on the floor too.
The Body and the Burnout
Bad backs, no breaks, and the exhaustion nobody outside the hospital understands.

Sleeping days, missing dinners, and a family that lives around your schedule.

The conversation lives in the Uniform Families Foundation community on Circle, not on Facebook and not on this page. Every member is verified by us before they are let in. Request below, we confirm who you are, and your invitation comes by email.
- Verified medical workers only, plus family in the family room. We confirm employment or enrollment before anyone is let in.
- No patient details, ever. Talk about the shift, not the patient.
- What is said in the room stays in the room. No screenshots, no reposting.
- Every role is equal here: the CNA and the surgeon sit in the same room.
- No employer bashing by name. Talk about the work, not the hospital.
- If someone is in crisis, we step in. The room is not a substitute for 988.

Because Scrubs Are a Uniform Too
Uniform Families Foundation counts everyone on the front lines in scrubs or a white coat as a uniform family. This room is for the people the hospital cannot run without, who rarely get a room of their own.
